Using a decorating bag fitted with tip 8, pipe a mound of icing to form the center of the sunflower. Pipe the mound as wide as you like. Switch to a bag fitted with tip 15/79 (Sunflower Nozzle). Pipe a row of leaves around the bottom of the mound, turning the flower nail to create a row of outer petals

Tip: big brown center, small yellow petals. remember that sunflowers have a very big "face"-- the brown part is huge (which is the actual flowers and seeds) while the yellow "petals" (which are actually leaves) are on the very edge and are short compared to those of a daisy
